It is fitting that the 100th post of this blog be about something notable. As part of the Pentagon National POW/MIA Recognition Day ceremony, there was a joint service aircraft flyover. Very beautiful. The first two shots are three of the missing man formation, and the third shot is of the "missing man." Notable occasion, and an important cause.

Being a good sister, I took my sisters out to lunch for their birthdays.
Being a good daughter, I used a $10 gift certificate. From 1997. That wasn't even valid for the restaurant we went to, because it didn't exist in 1997.
But being a good customer-focused organization, they honored it.
