WOO!!
Finally, opening day at the new ballpark! Can you say COLD? Any second thoughts we had about bringing lots of layers were put soundly to rest well before batting practice was over.

Unfrozen caveman groundskeeper.

The reason for the most serious security screening ever at a ballgame. Note to self: Buy stock in trenchcoats and shiny lapel pins.
At the time of the first pitch, I was standing at my sister's seats, so I couldn't see very well. But from up there, it looked high and outside. One might say, wide and to the right.
We'll never see the likes of this again.
But we hope to see lots and lots more of this...

Zimmerman comes home!
Sweet victory, broadcast on the largest whatever screen in whatever. Woohoo!!!!
